1. All Sales Are Final

Because buyers receive access to digital materials, intellectual property, strategies, templates, source files, training, or business resources immediately, it is not possible to return the product in the same way a physical item can be returned.

4. No Refunds for Digital Access or Downloads

Refunds will not be provided due to technical issues, user error, device problems, software incompatibility, internet connection problems, email delivery problems, spam filter issues, browser problems, inability to open files, inability to download files, inability to access third-party tools, failure to whitelist emails, lost login credentials, or failure to follow access instructions.

8. No Refunds for User Error
Refunds will not be provided because of user error, including but not limited to:
- Purchasing the wrong product

- Failing to complete a course or training
- Using an incorrect email address

9. No Refunds for Lack of Results

Refunds will not be provided because you did not achieve a desired result, did not make money, did not get clients, did not use the product, did not like the product, changed your mind, found the product difficult to implement, decided the product was not right for your business, or expected different results.
Your results depend on many factors outside our control, including your skill, effort, experience, audience, offer, market, pricing, positioning, competition, implementation, tools, advertising, sales ability, and business decisions.
10. No Refunds Due to Force Majeure
Refunds will not be provided due to events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, labor disputes, illness, emergencies, internet outages, hosting failures, payment processor issues, platform outages, cyberattacks, government actions, power failures, supply chain issues, or other force majeure events.
