Built by Drew Laughlin of MarketingConsultantPLR. Practical tools for the work local marketing consultants do.

Finding a prospect is one thing. Turning them into a paying client is another.

You know how to do useful marketing work. The harder part can be getting a business owner to see why they should hire you to do it.

First, you need to find a business that fits what you sell. Then you need a clear offer: a piece of work the owner understands and has a reason to want.

That is where the sales work starts.

What should you point out? What should you offer first? How do you follow up when they go quiet? And when they ask for a proposal, how do you make the value clear?

It is easy to get stuck between those steps. You find a prospect, but the pitch feels vague. You get a reply, but aren’t sure what to say next. You have a good call, then spend too long trying to turn your notes into an offer.

So you ask Claude to help. It writes a friendly email, a polite follow-up, or a tidy proposal.

But the big decisions still need an answer: why this business, why this service, and why should the owner choose you?

Changing “Hi” to “Hey” won’t solve that.

A stronger sales case starts with a real match between what the business needs and work you can deliver. Then each message, call, and proposal can build on the same idea.

Give Claude a client-getting process to work with.

Start with the services you can provide. Find a business with a need you can point to. Choose a useful first offer and make the reason to hire you clear.

When the owner replies, keep going. Answer the question. Prepare for the call. Put the work, timing, and price you’ve chosen into a clear proposal.

And when you already have clients, look for the next job you can help with, a project worth sharing, or a good moment to ask for an introduction.

Agency Client Getter gives Claude 18 connected Skills to help you do that work—from finding a prospect to putting a clear offer in front of them.

You choose the service and review the work. The Skills help you make the next move with a clearer plan behind it.

Meet Agency Client Getter.

Install Agency Client Getter in Claude, and you have 18 Skills to help with winning client work.

Prefer ChatGPT? Your purchase now includes a matching ChatGPT plugin with its own pictured install guide and prompt starters. Choose the download for Claude or ChatGPT and follow its separate guide. Available tools and results can vary between the two.

They cover the work around the message: choosing a prospect, finding a useful opportunity, making an offer clear, handling the reply and turning the discussion into a proposal.

You bring the services you can deliver, what you know about your business and the situation in front of you. The Skills give Claude a method for working through it.

You can ask for the result in plain language: “Look at this business, find an opportunity that fits my services, and help me write the opener.”

Or start further along. Paste the reply you received. Bring the notes from your call. Ask for help with the proposal that is waiting to go out.

You do not need to make every opportunity go through eighteen steps. The value is having the right help available for the step you are on.

Here is what that can look like when the pieces work together.

For the consultant who can do the work—and wants a better way to win it.

This is for consultants and small agencies serving local businesses, whether you are making your first approach or following up with people you already know. Bring a service you can deliver. If you need a contact database, automatic sending software or someone to do the client work for you, this is a different kind of product.

See how a real business need becomes an offer the owner can say yes to.

Concept illustration: business evidence connects to an opportunity, conversation and proposal
Illustration of the process.

Take a simple example: you write service pages for local businesses. You are looking at the website of a repair company, and its repair page tells you very little about the jobs the team accepts.

This repair-business example is fictional. It shows the approach, not a customer result.

You could jump straight to a pitch about a better website. But first, the Opportunity Finder helps you work through what the evidence actually supports.

What is missing from the page? What might a customer still need to know? Is that something the owner cares about? Can you deliver a useful first piece of work without turning it into a full website project?

You have a much smaller, clearer possibility: help explain which repair jobs the company handles.

That idea gives the opener a purpose.

“I was looking at your repair page and could not tell which jobs your team takes on. Do you get inquiries about repairs you do not handle?

I write service pages for local businesses. If that comes up often, I can show you how I would make that part of the page clearer.”

The owner can answer a question about the business. You have introduced work you can provide. There is a reason for this message to go to this person.

If the owner replies, you can bring that reply into the next task. Reply Handler helps you answer what they asked. If they ask about price, use your approved quote and scope rather than dodging the question to force a call.

If a call makes sense, Discovery Call Prep helps you find out which jobs the business wants, what needs to be said on the page and who will approve the changes.

Then Proposal Builder helps turn those answers into defined work: the page you will write, what is included, what you need from the owner, the timeline and the price you have approved.

Now the owner can picture the project. One page, with a clear job to do. You can explain what you will deliver and where the work ends. That is a much easier conversation to prepare than an open-ended pitch for all your services.

The same opportunity has carried through the conversation. You have not had to invent a new sales angle at every stage.

That connection is the Right-Fit Route.

Start with your actual service. Find a supported opportunity. Introduce it in a useful way. Carry the conversation toward a clear piece of work.

Your agency profile gives the Skills the relevant background: your services, preferred buyers, voice, capacity and proof you are allowed to use. The next task can draw on what you have already supplied in the chat.

The method earns its place in an ordinary decision. In the repair-page example, a missed-call automation pitch would not fit the evidence or your service. A clearer repair page could. That is the kind of distinction you want settled before you ask AI to make a pitch persuasive.

YOUR AGENCY CONTEXTYour services. Your buyers. Your voice. Your capacity.

Your agency profile supplies the background, so each step can use the service, voice and facts you have already provided.

Each Skill handles a particular part of the job. You can start with the one you need today, then bring the useful facts into the next task.

Open the conversation, move it forward, and make better use of the work and relationships you already have.

Foundation

First, give Claude the background you should not have to keep typing.

Build an Agency or Client Profile digital Skill artwork

Build an Agency or Client Profile

Your services, your voice, the kind of buyer you want and the facts about the business all affect the draft. When those details are scattered around the chat, you are left pulling them together each time you ask for something new.

This Skill helps turn the information you already have into the right reusable profile. Give Claude a clear reference for your own agency, or for the local business you are working on. Then use that background to make the next task more specific.

  • A reusable profile with the facts you have and the questions still to answer
  • Separate agency and client templates for different kinds of work
  • Important sources and unknowns kept with the profile

Stop rebuilding the background before you can get to the work.

Select the Working Business digital Skill artwork

Select the Working Business

A proposal to a business owner should sound like you. A message written for that owner’s customers needs the business’s voice. Those are different jobs, even when the business name is the same.

Select the Working Business helps establish who the work is for and which supplied facts belong in it. You can name the business naturally and continue with the task, with a clearer reference for the sender, service and audience.

  • The right business details for the job you’re working on
  • Clearer separation between agency selling and client-customer work
  • Move straight into the task when it’s clear which business you mean

Keep the right business behind the next draft.

What Do I Do Next digital Skill artwork

What Do I Do Next

There is always another business you could research. But there may also be a reply waiting, an old proposal worth reopening or a client with a real next need. Starting more cold outreach is not automatically the best move.

Tell this Skill what is happening and how much time you have. It helps choose a practical next action and continues into the relevant workflow when the facts are available. You can get on with the job instead of studying the menu of Skills.

  • One recommended next action with a useful reason
  • Help carrying out the chosen task using the context already supplied
  • A next action suited to the time and opportunities you actually have

Spend your next working hour on a conversation that deserves it.

Capture This Voice digital Skill artwork

Capture This Voice

You can feel when a message sounds wrong, even when it is hard to explain why. It might be too formal, too eager or full of phrases you would never say to an owner.

Capture This Voice looks at actual writing samples and turns the patterns into usable guidance. Sentence style, tone, vocabulary and phrases to avoid become a reference for future drafts. Your prospect messages can have a more consistent voice without repeating the same wording.

  • A practical voice card based on supplied or accessible samples
  • Short before-and-after examples that make the guidance easier to use
  • Guidance on sentence shape, tone and phrases to avoid

Give Claude a better target than “make it sound like me.”

Quality Scan digital Skill artwork

Quality Scan

A message can be free of typos and still give the owner no reason to answer. A proposal can sound professional while leaving its most useful benefit buried halfway down the page.

Quality Scan looks at the sales case as well as the language. It checks the opening, useful benefit, supporting facts, likely concern and next step, then helps improve the draft. You get more than a request to replace a few words with stronger adjectives.

  • An improved draft, with meaningful changes explained
  • A separate note about any facts you still need to check
  • A check that the opening and next step suit the actual buyer

Give a tidy draft another look before it goes out.

Research

Now find businesses you have a useful reason to contact.

Prospect List Builder digital Skill artwork

Prospect List Builder

A long list is not much help if most of the businesses are a poor fit for what you sell. You still have to work out which ones deserve your time.

Start with your service, area and the kinds of businesses you want to help. Prospect List Builder uses available public research to prepare a shortlist with visible signals and source notes. That gives you a reason to investigate each candidate, rather than a list of names to approach blindly.

  • Real business candidates with source URLs and relevant observations
  • A practical starting point for choosing which prospect to examine first
  • Useful signals for deciding which candidate deserves more research

Find businesses worth a closer look before you write the first pitch.

Prospect Evidence Review digital Skill artwork

Prospect Evidence Review

You spot a page that seems unclear. Is it a useful opportunity, or are you about to make an assumption the owner can knock down in one sentence?

Prospect Evidence Review helps separate what is visible from what still needs asking. Use accessible pages or supplied notes to identify concrete observations and the customer questions they raise. Your next message can start with something specific while leaving room for the owner’s answer.

  • An evidence review with source notes and important unknowns
  • Useful findings and validation questions for the next step
  • A clear separation between visible facts and questions for the owner

See what you can honestly put behind the conversation.

Local Competitor Snapshot digital Skill artwork

Local Competitor Snapshot

Business owners are not making decisions in a vacuum. Their customers may be comparing services, offers, booking paths and explanations on other local websites.

This Skill reviews relevant public details from comparable businesses and lays out the meaningful differences. You can see what deserves attention, which claims the target can honestly make and where a question is more useful than an assumption. That helps you discuss a specific improvement in the market the owner recognizes.

  • A sourced side-by-side view of relevant public details
  • Practical openings to explore without claiming unmeasured lost sales
  • The target business’s supported strengths alongside the differences

Walk into the conversation with more context about the buyer’s choices.

Prospect Opportunity Finder digital Skill artwork

Prospect Opportunity Finder

This is where a useful observation starts becoming a sales conversation. A page gap on its own does not tell you which service to offer or how large the first project should be.

Prospect Opportunity Finder connects the business evidence to work you can deliver. It weighs fit, timing, effort and capacity, then helps choose one sensible first offer. In the repair-page example, it gives you a reason to talk about one clearer page before trying to sell a much larger project.

  • One recommended opportunity, with the evidence and reason it fits
  • A clear first conversation angle and the question worth validating
  • A first offer checked against your services, effort and capacity

Turn what you noticed into an offer you can explain.

Outreach

When the conversation starts, have the next move ready.

Outreach Opener digital Skill artwork

Outreach Opener

The first email does not need to explain your entire business. It needs to make the reason for getting in touch clear enough that the owner can decide whether to continue.

Outreach Opener takes the supported opportunity and helps turn it into a relevant message. Explain what you noticed, why it may matter and the small next step you are offering. You can introduce a useful idea without burying it under a long agency introduction.

  • A first-message draft suited to the channel and actual opportunity
  • A clear question or next step, with useful alternate angles when requested
  • Wording based on your agency voice and approved first step

Open with something this owner can actually respond to.

Reply Handler digital Skill artwork

Reply Handler

A reply is progress, but it also gives you another decision. How much should you explain? Should you answer the price question now? Is a call the right next step, or would that be pushing too soon?

Paste the actual reply and the earlier message. Reply Handler helps answer what the person asked using your approved facts and terms. It can address interest, timing or an objection while keeping the conversation connected to the offer you introduced.

  • A ready-to-review response to the actual message
  • A next step that fits the reply, without pushing everyone into a meeting
  • Approved facts and terms kept intact when price or scope comes up

Be ready when “tell me more” becomes a real question.

Follow-Up Sequence digital Skill artwork

Follow-Up Sequence

You sent a message or proposal. Nothing came back. Another “just checking in” note gives the owner very little new to consider, but leaving every quiet conversation alone can mean never resolving it.

Follow-Up Sequence works from the history and buying context. It helps you clarify a deliverable, answer a likely question, use real new information or close the loop politely. The suggested timing and stopping rules fit the situation, so you have a plan for following up without an endless chase.

  • Follow-up drafts with a purpose for each useful touch
  • Suggested timing and clear reply, decline and stop rules
  • Messages that add a useful reason to respond instead of repeating the ask

Have a useful reason to write again.

Discovery Call Prep digital Skill artwork

Discovery Call Prep

An interested owner does not automatically mean a well-defined project. You still need to understand the problem, the result they want, what has already been tried and how a decision will be made.

Discovery Call Prep turns what you know into a focused conversation plan. Skip answered questions, prepare the important gaps and talk about scope, money and timing plainly. You can come away with better material for a proposal instead of another page of notes that does not lead anywhere.

  • A call plan shaped by the actual prospect and conversation
  • Key questions, issues to clarify and a useful post-call notes outline
  • Answered questions left out so the call can focus on important gaps

Go into the call knowing what you need to find out.

Proposal Builder digital Skill artwork

Proposal Builder

The proposal is where the conversation becomes a decision about actual work. A list of services leaves the owner to figure out what matters and what they are agreeing to.

Proposal Builder uses the discovery notes and approved terms to connect the need to a clear recommendation. Show the deliverables, practical benefit, responsibilities, timing and investment in one coherent proposal. The buyer can see what they will get, and you have a clearer description of the work you are taking on.

  • A proposal organized around the buyer’s actual need and your recommended scope
  • Clear deliverables, responsibilities, approved terms and next step
  • The practical benefit connected to each recommended part of the work

Put a project the buyer can picture in front of them.

Dead Lead Revival digital Skill artwork

Dead Lead Revival

Some opportunities already have a history. An owner liked the idea but the timing was wrong. A proposal went quiet. A smaller first project might now make more sense.

Dead Lead Revival helps review those past prospects against what happened and what is true today. Choose suitable contacts with a genuine reason to reconnect, then adapt the message to that history. You can revisit work already started without pretending every old contact is a warm lead.

  • A prioritized review of suitable past prospects and lost proposals
  • Relevant reopening drafts and a clear no-contact list for removal requests
  • A reason to reconnect based on what has actually changed

Give a past conversation a sensible way to start again.

Growth

And build on the work and relationships you have already earned.

Expansion Finder digital Skill artwork

Expansion Finder

A current client may have another need you can help with. But asking for more work only makes sense when the need is real, the relationship is ready and you have room to deliver.

Expansion Finder helps make that judgment. Review the client’s goals, current work and results, then look for a bounded service that follows naturally. You get help explaining why it is worth discussing, rather than adding a new service to the pitch simply because you sell it.

  • A readiness check and one evidence-backed next-service recommendation
  • A natural way to raise it with the owner in your agency’s voice
  • Scope, timing and capacity considered before you raise the next offer

Find the next useful piece of work inside a relationship you already have.

Case Study Builder digital Skill artwork

Case Study Builder

A completed project can contain useful proof, even when you do not have a dramatic revenue chart. The challenge is telling the story clearly and keeping the claims accurate.

Case Study Builder helps organize the situation, work and supported outcome. Use real numbers when you have them, or create an honestly labeled project walkthrough when that is the evidence available. The approval request helps you check what can be named and shared before the story becomes part of your marketing.

  • A case study or correctly labeled walkthrough built from actual project facts
  • A claim/source check and draft permission request for the intended use
  • Clear publication status so an unapproved draft stays under review

Make the work you have done easier for the next buyer to understand.

Referral Ask Kit digital Skill artwork

Referral Ask Kit

“Do you know anyone who needs marketing?” asks the client to do most of the thinking. A more specific request gives them a clearer picture of the person you can help.

Referral Ask Kit helps choose an appropriate moment and explain the kind of introduction you want. You get a personal request, a short note the client can forward and a sincere thank-you. Give a good relationship a practical next step without turning it into an awkward demand for names.

  • A specific introduction request shaped by the relationship
  • A forwardable note and thank-you that make the handoff easier
  • A readiness check before asking the client for an introduction

Make an introduction easier for a satisfied client to make.

You also get the materials that help you put it together.

The short setup guide gets you to the right install. Editable profiles give the Skills your business context. The complete fictional worked example lets you follow an opportunity from first observation to a proposal.

When you want a record of what is happening, the optional pipeline sheet and review guide help you keep track of real conversations and next actions. Use them when they help. They are not homework you must finish before writing a message.

Your next client-getting task can start in ChatGPT, too.

If ChatGPT is where you already work, here is a new way to put this package to use. Agency Client Getter now includes a ready-to-install ChatGPT plugin alongside the Claude Skill edition. Choose the format that fits your day.

Bring your Agency Profile into a plugin chat and move into the task you need. The workflow instructions are already packaged, so you can spend your attention on the prospect and the offer.

Already bought Agency Client Getter? You get the matching ChatGPT plugin too, at no extra charge. Open the ChatGPT Plugins tab in your existing customer guide.

Here is why these Skills can fit the way you already work.

You may like the idea and still wonder whether you will use it. Let’s answer the practical questions before you decide.

Can’t I just ask Claude to write the message?

You can. The difference is what happens before the wording: the Skills help connect your service, visible business evidence and a sensible first offer. Outreach Opener then uses that context, while Reply Handler and Proposal Builder carry it into the next conversation. You are buying prepared ways to handle those decisions, not access to a different AI.

Will I have to learn all 18 before I can use one?

Start with the job in front of you. Paste a reply for Reply Handler, bring call notes to Proposal Builder, or ask What Do I Do Next when you are unsure. There is one install, a short setup guide and editable profiles. You can use a useful partial profile and fill the important gaps as you work.

Will it still sound like every other AI message?

Capture This Voice turns your actual writing samples into practical guidance. The agency profile adds your services, buyer and approved facts. Quality Scan then checks the benefit, opening and next step as well as the language. You still review the draft, but you have specific ways to improve it instead of repeatedly asking Claude to make it better.

What if I don’t have client results to show yet?

Work from a real observation, a clearly labeled sample or a project walkthrough. Prospect Evidence Review helps separate what you can see from what needs asking. Case Study Builder can organize completed work without inventing a revenue result. You still need a service you can deliver; you do not need to pretend you already have an impressive track record.

Will I have to explain my business all over again?

Save your business details in the included profile. Attach it when you start a new chat, and Claude can use those details without asking you to type them all again. Add new facts to the profile as you go.

Is this useful if I already have prospects or clients?

You can begin further along. Reply Handler works with a real response, Dead Lead Revival revisits suitable past conversations, and Expansion Finder checks whether a current client has a need you can deliver. Case Study Builder and Referral Ask Kit help you make use of work and relationships you have already earned.

For consultants and small agencies serving local businesses. Bring a service you can deliver and review the work before using it. This package prepares guidance and drafts. You send through your own tools; contact databases, automatic outreach and guaranteed client results are not included.

Before a proposal goes out, make sure the quote covers the work.

A clear proposal can still leave you doing work you did not mean to include. If you regularly quote projects or retainers, Proposal Profit Maximizer gives you a more detailed check before you commit.

Use these three Skills before you send the proposal:

  • Scope Guard: Spot vague promises, missing limits, and work you could end up doing for free. Tighten the scope so you and the client know what is included.
  • Price and Margin Check: Check your quote against the hours, costs, and pay you want from the job. See where you may need to change the price or trim the work before you commit.
  • Tighten the Proposal: Make the offer clearer and more persuasive, with stronger benefits and a clear next step. Keep the price and terms you’ve already approved.

Now includes both formats: Proposal Profit Maximizer comes with its three Claude workflows and a matching ChatGPT plugin, plus a separate pictured install guide and prompts. Previous buyers of this add-on receive its plugin too, at no extra charge.

The included worksheet and calculator help you check the numbers using your own hours, costs, and target pay.

Guides, examples, the Pipeline Google Sheet and the two bonuses help you put the process to work.

I already use ChatGPT to research prospects. Why would I need this?

Keep the parts of your process that work. The newly included ChatGPT plugin lets you use these workflows in ChatGPT to turn research into a suitable offer, an opening message and the next conversation. You can also choose the Claude edition. Bring your existing findings and use the part of the process you need.

How much work do the Skills handle, and what do I still do myself?

They help with research, planning and drafting: review prospect evidence, suggest an offer, prepare messages, plan a call or build a proposal from your notes. You supply accurate details, check the answer, approve the offer and terms, decide what to send and deliver the service. Website research depends on the tools and access available. The package does not send messages or run an outreach campaign on its own.

What if I already have a prospecting system that works?

You can start with the part of your week that needs help. Use Reply Handler for a tricky response, Discovery Call Prep before a meeting or Proposal Builder afterward. Expansion Finder, Case Study Builder and Referral Ask Kit can help with current client relationships. You do not have to replace your system or use all 18 Skills in order.

Can I use this on Claude Free?

Yes. Claude supports custom Skills on Free and paid plans. Turn on code execution and file creation, then upload the ZIP in Customize > Skills. Your account’s usage limits still apply. See Claude’s setup guide.

Are Claude Skills like Custom GPTs, and are they hard to set up?

Both use reusable instructions to guide AI work. This package gives Claude instructions and supporting files for specific consulting tasks. Enable Claude’s code execution and file creation, upload the intact ZIP in Customize > Skills and turn it on. One Agency Client Getter ZIP contains all 18 workflows. No coding is needed. The Quick Start + Install Guide takes you through the setup and a first task.

What if Claude cannot read a website?

Copy the useful text from the page and paste it into the chat. Claude can work from that. If something is missing, it should ask you instead of making up an answer.

Will it remember my business in every new chat?

Save the short profile with your services, your voice, and the kind of clients you want. Attach it when you start a new chat so Claude has those details handy. Keep each client’s private work in its own chat.

Does this include content calendars, Google posts or monthly reports?

No. This package helps you find and win your own client work, follow up with prospects, and spot useful next steps with current clients. Content calendars, Google posts, and monthly reports are separate jobs.

Can I use the files in another AI tool?

You now get a Claude Skill ZIP and a separate ChatGPT plugin ZIP, with setup guides for each. Choose the matching download for your AI tool. Adapting the instructions for another platform may require a different setup, and available tools and results can vary.

What are the payment, refund and support terms?

You pay once for this digital package, including both installation formats. There is no subscription to the package, and all sales are final. We help with download and file problems; live coaching is not included. You can use the work you create for paying clients, but cannot share or resell the Skill or plugin files. Your chosen AI account has its own terms and limits.

Does this include both Claude Skills and a ChatGPT plugin?

Yes. Agency Client Getter includes its Claude Skill edition and a matching ChatGPT plugin with all 18 workflows. You can use either format or both. Other products in the funnel remain separate purchases.

How do I install the ChatGPT plugin?

Download the product’s ChatGPT ZIP and leave it zipped. In ChatGPT on the web, open Plugins, choose Add or +, then Upload plugin or Upload Plugin Archive. After the import, click View Plugin, Install plugin and Try in chat. The pictured guide walks you through it. No Terminal commands are needed for this method; the upload option must be available on your account.

Do I need Claude and ChatGPT subscriptions to use this?

No. Use the edition that works with the AI account you choose. You do not have to run both tools. Your account’s features, upload permissions and usage limits still apply; the product does not include an AI subscription.

I bought before the plugins were added. Do I get mine?

Yes. Previous Agency Client Getter buyers receive the matching ChatGPT plugin at no extra charge. Open the new ChatGPT Plugins tab in your customer guide for the download, screenshots and prompts. You receive the plugin editions for the products you purchased.

Will ChatGPT and Claude produce the same answer?

They use the same product workflows, adapted for their installation formats, but the models and available tools differ. Research and wording can vary. Use your real profiles and facts, then review the result before sending or delivering it.

Think of the businesses you want to help, then pick one easy way to get started.

Use the Skills to find a good prospect, choose an offer that fits, and follow through with the messages and proposal. Pick the step you need today, and give that business a clear reason to work with you.
